need to fix my sleep i keep waking up during the middle of the night and i havent had a dream in over like 6 months
its getting bad my rem is horrible
should i melatonin max first or js get zopiclone and which one

both work equally well, I think if you're in the US you can only get eszopiclone, which I believe is a metabolite of zopiclone (correct me if im wrong high iq niggas) but beware they give your breath a really bitter chemical taste that is fucking disgusting, so you wake up with a shit taste in your mouth

yeah groggy isnt what im trying to get i want my sleep back just something to get me back into my sleep routine or wahtever ill search the other ones tho thankyou.

try the zopi once, 7.5mg to just see how bad the taste is for you. usually if you keep your mouth shut then you wont taste it much, its only when you breath out through your mouth or drink water that you taste it.

Zopiclone tastes like absolute ass haha. Literally if that shit makes contact in any way on your mouth you will taste it even the morning after for a few hours. It's very hard to make it go away but it's a bit better if you have some water in your mouth plop it in then swallow immediately but still.
