We all know that cheek/zygo implants generally lead to either underwhelming results of overdone results, but what about the brow ridge implant? For a person with a shit brow definition/shape, could the brow ridge implant be the 2nd best implant behind jaw/chin for creating a more dimorphic face? Would the answer change if midface is very flat?
I have a large nose and protruding mouth so I'm trying to figure out whether I should do zygo/cheek or brow ridge implants to help compensate. My midface is flat as fuck but so is my brow.
