How realistic is a Zygo ascension from filler? Given its location I’d imagine the chance for migration is pretty high - migration itself isn’t the worst thing in the world as it can be dissolved but that’s a pain in the ass. Implants can be botched easily and even if they’re not, all it takes is an impact to fuck them up.
Fat grafts is also an option but don’t provide the same results. Also, does injector skill really matter for migration chances or is it something else
