So using the idea that bojack has shared talking about how putting pressure on bones for a good period of time while growth hormone is spiked after doing compound lifts, and with my findings of how growth hormone is also high and can spike while sleeping, sleeping on your side with one side of your face on a hard object will cause pressure on your zygos which could cause bone adaptations and growth over time. Would switch side each night to prevent assymetry.
