Zygomatic projection is undeniably important for looks. If a solution to zygo projection is devised, then anyone can ascend. This is my Theory:

If one were to utilize the same theory that is used with things like braces, that being a burst of tightness at the start of the week and a reissued burst of tightness 2-3 weeks later, on something like zygos, could the projection be increased? Would it be possible to improve zygomatic projection with your own hands?

Think about it: with retainers, you don't have to wear them every day; you wear them 2-4 times a week, which helps keep your teeth in their original position. This proves that, to an extent, bones are malleable and will maintain their shape to an extent.

On the other hand, look at braces: a quick burst of tightness initially, then teeth adapt, more tightness weeks later, and teeth are forced to adapt. This proves that bones are malleable and, if done consistently, can be moved.

So enough pseudo-intellectual jargon, can you project your zygos further with sustained pressure once every 2-3 hours?
My theory is yes, so what you need to do to induce this projection is take both of your thumbs and press your IP joints into your index fingers.
Once you've done this, hook your thumbs under your zygos and extend your index finger to your parietal bone and pull upwards with a reasonable amount of force. You should feel it a considerable amount, but it shouldn't be outright painful. Hold this for 30 seconds to a minute. After doing this once, wait 2-3 hours and do it again. Do this consistently for the next 3-6 months.
I will be trying this theory myself and recording my progress. However, do not use my initiative as an excuse; go try this yourself for the aforementioned 3-6 months and see if you get any results. Feel free to expand on my theory in the comments.

Your first mistake was assuming that bones and teeth are made of the same material, teeth are made of alveolar bone, which moves and is easier to control with external tools. Craniofacial bones like the zygos are dense cortical bone, designed to withstand massive forces, not remodel from light thumb pressure. The only times they significantly change shape are during growth, trauma, or surgical manipulation. Anything else is cope.

I did not consider this. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. More time will be spent on devising a more realistic theory for zygo projection.

No worries, glad I could help

I will add though, you likely won't find much in your research as if there was something for it, someone would have already found out about it and marketed it like CRAZY.

There also may not be many studies on it, as most organizations don't waste their time on cosmetic research. I may, in fact, attempt to conduct a study on my own to accurately test it, given that it hasn't been done by any reputable sources.

Good luck & keep us updated, lots of users will probably make fun of you if you just thumbpull though

Make sure you aren't doing this during puberty as your research can be dismissed as results from puberty.

I should ask, is 17 considered in puberty? if so ill have to wait
Puberty is puberty. Age may vary. Usually you are MOSTLY done with puberty by 17-18 but there are exceptions

Look or signs: hair growth, testicles growth, voice changes etc.
