I think zygo pulling thumb pulling etc.. do work. My reason is when u wear a headset. Over time u get a headset dent. If u put more pressure on ur bone i do think it will actually change. U can definitely prove me wrong bc i did absolutely no research i was js thinking abt it

I mean u don’t really have a headset on 24/7 and I got one within a month with a headset that barely weighs a pound. And I only played for a max of 2 hours

nah u gotta turn the screw periodically or something like that

I think thumb pulling + mouth guard at night so it doesn't go back to baseline can mimic a palate expander(slower tho)
