I did fillers on my zygomatic arch to get flanged, wide cheekbones and they made a huge difference and increased my FwHR. I might do some on zygomatic body (cheekbones below Eyes) and I wonder how important projecting, high cheekbones are under the Eyes to look good? Can anyone give some examples?

I Always focused on the zygomatic arch because thats what gives width. But I think to get that striking model look you have to augment zygo body aswell.

If you augment this part i think it gives you a more forward looking profile and youthful look good post op

How long do fillers last?

Be careful with doing it too low, it will look feminine/gay/fake.

How much were your zygo fillers? I want to get them but I’m nervous about them looking fake and feminine which most results I’ve seen seem to look. Did you have to instruct them on exactly what you needed?

Most results don’t target the arch, and target too much on the zygomatic body, and especially on the lower half of the zygomatic body. The lower half should only be touched, if at all, to provide somewhat of a transition from the upper half of the Zygo to the midface. Since this isn’t done correctly most of the time, you get that “apple cheek” look that will be fine on women, but horrible on men.

You know your shit. If fillers are injected too Close to the infraorbital rim they can give aegyo sal (fat eyelids). Do you Think this is the case if you inject too high on the lateral orbital rim aswell? I want fillers as high up on the zygomatic body as possible but I want to avoid getting the aegyo sal look

Hmm I’m fairly sure that what you’re referring to is obicularis oculi hypertrophy (someone like George Clooney has this). Some people consider it aesthetic, some don’t. And in Korea, “love band” surgery is done to try to mimic it.

You can get aegyo sal by doing fillers into the lower eyelid, basically giving it more volume than the orbital rims and therefore making it protrude and swell out. It's not a good look imo because it makes your lower eyelids bulge out.

I want to do fillers on the blue-marked area, do you Think thats reasonable or is it too high?

I think as long as you don’t actually touch the lower eyelid (maybe stay at least 2 mm away) you should be fine.
That area on the orbital rim is definitely far enough from the lower eyelid

What if you already have hollow undereyes though? Next time I go I think I want my tear troughs filled in but also some zygo projection. Would Restylane for underyes and Radiesse for zygos be optimal?

finally, someone who actually understands that aegyo sal is caused by orbicularis oculi (squinting muscle hypertrophy) and not some sort of fat deposit like everyone else does, @Golden Glass I have but one question for you, do you know of any ways to actually strengthen/hypertrophy this muscle? I've been permanently squinch/squinting for the past week or so and i dont notice any difference at all really. I'm trying to tighten the lower eyelid through this but at the same time I'm starting to highly doubt I can get massive aegyo sal like this just from squinting:
1581892678118

What do you think? Would squinting alone be enough? Do you think that large aegyo sal/orbicularis oculi could actually tighten the lower eyelid? The reason I came to this conclusion is because during research of aegyo sal and what causes is it I found that medical cases of people with hypertrophied orbicularis oculi had extremely tight lower eyelids and post treatment (botox injection to atrophy the muscle) they went back to sclera show/average tier eyes. For example:
1581892779298
<--- Someone with huge oculi muscles before and after botox treatment, he isn't even squinting in the before picture, in the before picture he has the most vertically narrow eyes I've ever even seen, but you can clearly see just how red/swollen and bulgy the lower muscles are so obviously muscle hypertrophy to such an extent wouldn't be aeshetically desirable. Though this led me to the conclusion that hypertrophy to a smaller/less extreme extent is what causes the slightly puffy/large aegyo sal others have. Of course just like all muscles I think everyone has different orbicularis oculi insertions/shape. I think that's the difference ( along with the extent of hypertrophy ) between these two types of aegyo sal:
1581892980839
VS
1581893012335

I wanted to make my own thread about all of this but if I could get any sort of answers from you it would be cool.

TL;DR how to go about hypertrophying/building the squinting/orbicularis oculi muscles for larger aegyo sal (is squinting alone enough)? do you think you would have to go to the extreme extent (such as the before and after) to get a tighter lower eyelid or?

Well all I can really contribute to your question is personal anecdote in all honesty.

My left eye has more sclera show than my right. I noticed this probably around 2-3 years ago. I squint slightly more in my left eye for this reason. A have some obicularis oculi hypertrophy on that eye, but not really as much, if at all, on my right—it flexes the most not when I’m doing a solid, smooth, squint, but rather, when I’m twitching it, which happens involuntarily every now and then if I’m squinting both eyes (with my left one more squinted, for too long). So maybe intentional “twitching” exercises can help you develop that muscle if it’s something you want aesthetically.

Regarding my own eyes, even with this slight hypertrophy on my left eye, it still has less scleral show than my right—maybe it would change if I really tried to develop the obicularis oculi—but then I’d have a very prominent one on that eye alone, so personally, I would not do so, at least until I can get eyelid surgery to get both eyes scleral show about even. Maybe then, obicularis oculi hypertrophy might look good on both eyes.

What is the difference with MSE and lateral cheekbone increase. Will that result in a more natural look?

you can see my zygo in this pic

yes because it rotates the zygo arch outwards based on the scans I’ve seen. It’s literally what would happen to your zygo arches during puberty. Nothing “as natural” for zygos as that. Though, the overall width increases won’t be huge.

So don’t expect a great Ogee curve after treatment? My Zygos are flat and I would like for it to fan out more and create a hollow appearance

So i feel like my life is starting now. Maybe i am coping. Trying to looksmax and maybe dye my hair. People tell me i am good looking on here which gives me hope but my 20 years of inceldom and khhv tells me otherwise

no matter how hard i try i am awkward. I have had so many chances with girls but i just can't do it. i overthink. There is 3 psl truecels that can talk to the girls but i can't do it. The girls will not approach you. most of them. I have been approached a couple times but its such a turn off when i try to talk to them. i am the highest inhib man you will ever meet. I basement dwelled for most of my years and have not developed social skills. 6'3.5 good bone structure, leanmaxed, doesnt fucking matter.

Projected infraorbital/zygos are what make eyes look slayer set but if you get them too low you'll look like a tranny.

No this will definitely help you get more of an ogee curve. Just not something insane like 3-5mms of more projection on each cheekbone, as far as I’m aware.
