Zygomatic filler vs implants

I got midface filler a week ago, and im very happy with the results .
my entire face lifted upwards, and my eye are improved due to less sclera show.
Is it worth it , to get cheek implants as a long term solution?
She recommended jaw filler as optional( not needed) , however mid face filler she said was obligatory for me, and im very pleased with the results.
My aesthetician said that my issue is loss of fat pads and i have good bones , which I don’t think is the case.

wrong, filler=artificial fat she just wants to keep you in the same loop every couple of months, oh the fillers migrated time to for a retouch!

yes implants are better, infra-malar will fix your sclera show and give you more lateral projection.

Save before and after picture and never do filler again next time you do implants or fat graft show those pictures to the doc

It will not fix schleral show most of the time and can even cause schleral show ik 1-5% because the laxcity can take a hit. Cantho can fix schleral show, and implants might not lift the skin the same way either unless you have good skin that redrapes the implant well. I even heard some pag patient that got dark circles after implant. And the reason is probably that the implant makes the vascular activity worse in that area which makes the fat cells die. Sure implants are decent but many are not as happy as people on this site makes it out to believe. Snd i had infras myself and i like them, but i see the downsides

Any implant long term > filler

Especially in the midface, where filler has the highest chance of migrating and causing a pillow face effect.

I got HA grafted cheek implants and I freaking love the results.

Basically a hydroxyapetite paste mix (not sure of the exact chemical composition, though) applied and shaped on the zygomatic bones during surgery. It integrates and becomes bone over about 6-8 weeks. I had it done during bimax. Super happy with it!

I've only seen about 3 results from that kind of procedure (all from surgeon Gunson) and they were disappointing. But they are all years old, so your glowing review is making me think he's improved the way he does it, or just gotten better at it!

Or I just got lucky maybe

I’ve talked to a few others recently who had it done and really like their results too. Maybe he changed something and it’s more consistent or better applied now. Or maybe not and maybe it’s somewhat hit or miss dependent on the person.

Not sure if I’ll show my results on the org. We’ll see.
