Zygos implants without forward maxilla?

If you have a slightly recessed maxilla and zygos, could you just get a zygos implant with lots of forward projection and get a good aesthetic result? And if you get a zygos implant first, will it interfere with a future surgeon performing say a lefort 1 on you?

Yes you could still get a decent result.

Doubt preexisting zygo implants would affect lefort 1. It would effect lefort 2 and 3.
