Do cathial tilt depend on zygos?

Partially it influences them a little, not the zygo itself though, more the orbitals attached to the zygos in a way

Without surgery, the more effective thing you can do is palate expansion since by widening the midface it pushes the zygo up and out so your orbitals will be a little more positively tilted which in turn gave many people a slightly more positive canthal tilt. But for real softmaxxes you can also try things like curling your outer lashes which make the canthal tilt look more negative, try also shaping up eyebrows and those hunter eye exercises (they mainly change the brows but it's worth a try since it's free and you need nothing for it). Last of all, volufiline could make a fuller eye area and make it look better, in some people it lifts the outer eye that has little fat, but all this stuff that I listed works a little and may give you some improvement, nothing significant though, only option for real significant change is canthoplasty
