Nah, I don't think so. You see the curve in the mandible that is between gonion and chin? It's because mandible itself is lacking volume in that distance, and the lack of volume, is because those other two points (chin and gonion) have got much more volume in comparison. I.e. filler. Implants cover entire mandible. So it wouldn't create this effect. I've got this effect too now, especially when smiling, as it stretches the skin between those two points.
To me it looks 100% filler. Gonial angle point protrusion is insane too, which is easily achievable with filler.
