this post is a reminder to myself but maybe it can be useful to someone, who knows. basically it's common knowledge that saturated fats increase testosterone and +-40% of your diet should be based on that. the best foods are red meat, bacon, chicken breast and skin, cheeses in general, raw milk, butter, requeijão which is some sort of cream cheese, yogurt.

foods that are good for you are supposed to also taste good. that's why fruits, meat, some vegetables are delicious. green stuff tastes bad cuz ur not actually supposed to eat them, you only do because of their ridiculously low calories amount which is fair enough since your fatass needs to work to get lean again. about processed foods, they're specifically made to taste addictingly good so you will feed the companies that make them money to eat them, so they don't count.
