it's not that women are attracted to Narcissistic, Machiavellian, and Psychopathy in and of itself. more, the way it presents itself to women. women are sold on the idea of a prince charming. someone who is not only attractive to them, but also someone who is unwaveringly in love with them. This is the essence of romance and courtship. A man loves a woman so much that he doesn't care about the possible shame of rejection, or anything else. intense love and desire and worship is what women yearn for.
In reality, most men are not in love with women that much. They aren't motivated enough to do anything. men have approach anxiety, wandering eyes, and place a lack of effort into relationships. this is because the focus is on themselves and not the woman. This leading to doubt within the woman's mind of the man's actual interest triggering her insecurity and anxiety. women can't compete with porn at all, and they do have a rational reason for being careful about the men they date. there is always an innate worry that this man you are fucking could be become the father of your child.

Where the dark-triad comes in is men who are dark triad have no issues with lying. they are able to deceive women into believing that they are actually in love with them. and not just in love in the physical sense, but in the almost spiritual embodiment sense. women echo this sentiment when they say things like "would you love me if i was a worm?". this being a ridiculous question in order to soothe the insecurity that woman have that they are nothing more than tits and an ass. dark-triad men know this, and they are able to do what most men cannot and fool women that they actually are in love with them.
you would have to have little to no empathy for women, be incredibly self-involved, intelligent and highly self-aware to use women just for sex while playing on her fantasies for being truly loved as a being in existence.
