What's the best way to dramatically change your sleeping pattern?

I want to go from 00:00-07:30 to 20:00 to 04:00
This is a near impossible task, but which of the following strategies will give me the best chance:
1. do an all nighter and go to sleep at 18:00 the next day to wake up at 04:00
2. sleep 00:00 to 04:00 then suffer through a brutal wakeup and go to sleep at 20:00 the next day
3. take it slow and push the wake up time/sleep time to 30min earlier every day
?

tbh the hard part is not doing it over 1 or 2 days but doing it over the whole first month
It's extremely easy to slip back into old habits even after being successful in the short term with one of these strategys

Tried it. Impossible. It's probably also genetic.
