in dreams ive gotten my body mutilated, my eyes taken out but still didnt feel pain. i felt fear, some weird discomfort but the whole experience, even in the worst nightmares was bearable
in real life, i remember the last time i accientally cut myself with a knife and stood there shocked as to how painful that was, and still how low in rank of pain that must be compared to other tortures. the experience must be nothing like you've ever imagined, completely unbearable
