I have made improvements to my diet and regimen/routine.
In the morning I will; Ice my face, get a few sets of a kettlebell circuit in, put an exfoliating mask on, eat (two eggs, two slices of toast, a protein x creatine shake), shower (cold), and then get ready for the rest of my school day (as well as take my supplements; biotin, d3, fish oil, iron)
This is what I currently look like, I just started. Please leave input down below on what I can add, pros and cons of my face, and what I can do naturally.
