Bideltoids (shoulders) potential ?

so i did my measurements
i have 20.2 inch bidelts at 18
clavicles are straight
i am not "gymmaxxed" , i just do calisthenics from time to time

what could be my potential if i gymaxx or even roidmaxx
can i reach 24 inch ? ( like Arnold )
