Foam minoxidil can go systemic and grow your eyelashes?

I’ve seen 2 users (pneumo and makinmog) say that they’ve experienced foam minox growing their eyelashes while they were using it on their eyebrows. How true is this? Has anyone else experienced this?

I think you misunderstood what I was saying. They put the foam minox on their eyebrows, but it also grew their eyelashes aswell cause it went systemic.
