i am 60kg, 183cm, 18yo, i am basically a skinny bitch and barley had any progress after 3months of lifting [i was 49kg] i think a big factor was my poor care of my diet
 
at least 1.5g/kg maybe even go for 2-3g/kg
 
newbie gains are really easy to make
ur diet was either atrocious or you werent working out often enough/ with enough intensity
when i started people started mentioning changes within 2 weeks
 
1 gram per pound of bw
