How to study but still rot on org

Here is my method on how I learned 50% of what’s gonna be on my test in 2 days
(Tomorrow I will do the other half)

Do the following:
Open up your study material
Close org
Tell yourself that you won’t open org until you finish one lecture
Finish lecture
Review
If you learned then rot on .org for 15 minutes

repeat the process

This is a simple carrot on a stick method which is proven to work, I just finished studying
