Is it better to train 3 times a week or 6 times as a teen in puberty

Training 6 times a week maybe could stunt growth ??? Idk

Doesen’t matter, just make sure you have 1-2 days rest for each muscle you trained, that’s all.

More rest is always better. But it depends mostly, if you train extremely hard 6 times a week you will build up a lot of fatigue extremely fast and its going to catch up really quickly.

Lol why would it stunt growth. Lifting doesnt stunt growth unless you injure yourself by doing it wrong

Very easy for teenagers to train 6x a week, but it depends on your lifestyle. The only time I would not advise training 6x a week is if you are doing other high intensity work outside of the gym and school, like playing football, running track or cross country, martial arts, etcetera. This time in your life is when you have the most energy and best recovery ability. Training 6 days a week is absolutely fine and beneficial provided you are sleeping and eating right. The only reason you shouldn't train 6x/week is if you actually try it and feel super fatigued and not recovered

Hitting every muscle twice a week is the best for hypertrophy and muscle growth. This would look like a 6 day push/pull/legs split, or 6 day Arnold split. if you're brand new to the gym you could get away with doing PPL once a week, but eventually you will need more stimulus.
 
It will not STUNT growth (maybe some exercises || only if you do the exercises wrong)
