MK677 shoulder pain, growth or unrelated?

This happens 100% of the time as soon as I get on it. I'm not sure why it does this and why specifically at the clavicle or shoulder area. It's known to cause joint pain, and I heard similar stories, so I'm not sure if it's growth or just simply joint pain side effect.
