You CANNOT grow taller after your growth plates have fused

All of these claims are a fallacy. There has yet to be anyone on planet earth who has grown a leg bone to be longer after both the tibia and femur growth plates have fused. No amount of resistance training or jumping or anything of the sort will induce these bones to get longer.

I’m confident one day we will have a way to grow significantly taller post growth plate fusion. If we can have GMO corn and submarines and nuclear bombs and shit we can figure out how to grow a foot or two. My only concern is whether I will be alive long enough to see it happen.

Are you aware that's how limb lengthening surgery works? Your bones grow to fix the gap
