i think 30s. i was gymcelling. i am now very lean and still somewhat muscular, id say around 11 bf. i can still bench 250 lbs.

I think you didn't do hardmax. hardmax is surgery, accutane and the like is softmax, maybe you did something with your chin, but still a good ascension bro
