Its the spf50+ pa++++ from skin aqua these ricecels really make good spf50 - couldnt find any sunscreen in middle europe with pa++++
its expensive as hell but its worth it
if you buy your sunscreen be sure that you buy one with PA++++

besides that i only use medical skincare, everything else is bullshit tbh

i tried nearly everything
i had a fucking 10 step skincare routine and guess what nothing worked

After improving gut and liver health and blasting spf50 boom my skin got so much better and higher in collagen

i also dermaroll 1x a week and i have isotret at home but not taking it right now because i get 17 a month ago
and i also think my acne is the normal puberty hormone acne so i dont think its worth it to take accutane with 17, also because of the fact that accutane could stunt height growth

right now just benzoyl on my back and face and then adapalene on my face afterward, just got adapalene this week so I've only applied it once. I don't bother with moisturizers and sunscreen as, in my opinion, they just fuck with your skin's natural abilities of moisturization and sun protection

cleanse with la roche posay foam cleanser, then double toner, caffeine eye serum, vitamin c, moisturizer + sunscreen

nighttime:
Oil cleanser + foam cleanser, double toner, caffeine eye serum, 2% BHA salicylic acid, then b5+ cream

It is best to apply sunscreen 2x a day. Once in the morning and once mid day
