yes, same shit here. I treat going to the gym as necessary maintenance thing like basic hygiene.

I do 3 workouts per week, efficient <90 minutes. That is what needs to be done to have a fit body.

I agree its much more about intensity and maintaining the diet and mental state of the body instead of eating all these dead macros people believe in you should try walking as your first exercise every time you life and it will make your conditioning go up drastically.

yes you are probably right but you are forgetting the fact that while I am high asf and coasting through life like a fucking maniac with infinite energy, I am socializing, and setting up life-quality for my future self.

Today I feel like a complete mogger and I am going to set-up some dates with some girls while I feel like this

Yah i took about 60mg of addy ir in like 8hrs and the next day i was pretty suicidal and making terrible decisions, will NEVER take that much again. No more than 20mg in a day
