Based on ur waist and hip measurements I would’ve guessed that a 17 inch bidelt would look smaller. Doesn’t look bad at all, maybe it’s the compression shirt throwing me off idk

Also like I said before, you don’t measure it correctly. You need to sit upright with your hands out, and measure the length from one end of the delt to the other.
