I take 2 steps foward and I go 3 steps back. That’s how the process has felt for me. Also I haven’t really seen any progress on my physique after bekng in the gym for like 3 years. Although I took dieting seriously only about like 6 months ago so maybe that’s the reason. Also my discipline sucks ass. I’m really lazy and demotivated. Also I have extreme symptoms of depression and maybe some nd condition like adhd, add or autism. I’m also socialmy anxious. Even if I ascended my lack of confidence, aloofness and shyness keeps me from actually going out there and trying.
