Why is it so flat? Like if I'm an asian but I'm not. What part of it is recessed and which surgeries could help me? Is a double jaw surgery enough or do I need a nose augmentation with implant/filler too? It doesn't look that bad from the front but my side profile is extremely bad.

Actually I visited a jaw surgeon which told me that my maxilla is a bit recessed and my lower jaw too prominent which would cause some functional problems as I will grow older. He told me that I would eventually be a candidate for double jaw surgery which the insurance would pay for me. Right now I'm waiting for him to analyse my ct scans so he can finally find the best option for me.

Actually I never had any problems with that my teeth are quite good - at least this part of the teeth that you can see when smiling

The problem is that the roots of my lower teeth are too far forward causing the lower lip to be more protruding than upper lip which is not ideal and makes my recessed maxilla and the upper teeth even worse.

I mean i would say a paranasal implant and and also doing a rhino could be worth. But doing leforte 1 here wont even adress the issue and it wouldnt make any diffrence

Slavic people and asians kind of have the same facial structure, i think the main thing is that your lips are slightly protrusive and the upper jaw seems a bit recessed, alternatively a genio could balance out your plane
