So my problem is that ive never had morningwood and my free test is 350 and my total is 500 i just turned 17 and i do everything to increase my test: sleep minimum of 8h, sungazing ,lots of meat and animal products, avoiding chemichals and soy, ive tried gymcelling for 2 yrs and it didnt increase anything, ive tried nofap, ive took ashwaganda creatine boron and vitamin k2 and d3 and nothing fucking helps, even my doctor doesnt want to help me. All my friends are high t and im just energyless i went to 2 urologist and they didnt find shit.
Does anybody have the same issue here?

Try sleep more if u arnt and try to be more active there arnt loads of ways to increase it a noticeable amount naturally

I Tried multiple way to increase it naturally as quoted and during the week i cant sleep more bcs of work were i have to get up at 5 am, during school i slept alteast 9h everyday

How did u increase it and how old were u
18 , I was not eating raw meat but rather eggs , i was gobbling 8 to 10 eggs per day and sleeping like 8 hrs of good sleep, i would recommend to supplement magnesium as it helps in sleep and ashwagandha too , make sure to check your ashwagandha is genuine it helped me sleep so deep

I have pretty good sleep i never wake up poor sleep is not a flaw for me and i alreaey took ashwaganda and magnesium while i was gymcelling and it didnt increase test

yea that the only thing that im considering trying to change into my diet but i dont think thats why i have low t just bcs i cook my food
I had the same problem no morning wood started to drinking raw egg yolks 6-10 raw milk raw beef liver raw heart raw bone narrow and i got it back high libido high energy feeling great

maybe ill start with raw fish and milk and yolks but ill defo cook the organs, heart doesnt eveb taste good seasoned

And where do u actually get good quality organd bcs only thing i can find is some bad quality organs

Do a complete blood count, MRI scan, allergy test, vitamin & nutrienet deficiencies, infectious/chronic fatigue triggers, etc. If you feel like shit and have low energy. It's gonna cost you or your parents a lot of money but doctors are fucking useless so you don't really have a choice. 500 ng/dl testosterone is not that bad and on paper it shouldn't cause energy issues but you never know.

Yea total but im talking abt that my free test bc my libido is cooked

I knew it, the real way to get T is to do men actions like figthing, smoking, drinking, doing whatever you want and agressing ppl if they have a problem

Good option too , bit risky tho
what risks are there, take aromasine to hinder aromatization to estrogen, take 250mg each week and live your life like you deserve it bro, feeling good
