I Mean you can just do research as easy as that lol.

Because in many peoples cases i've seen that when they hit puberty late they tend to be taller because they have a longer timespan of growing, and also in this guys case he hasn't even (probably) hit puberty so he can do research on how to maximize it, unlike some people who have hit puberty at 10-11 and once they figure out all of ts it's too late.
