24 hours in so far. I’m going for at least 48. I might do 72 or even 96 (or 100 because it looks nicer… we’ll see.

Let’s go boys. I started yesterday at 85.3 kg (clothes and slippers included, I’m probably in the 84 kg range but I’ll go with what the scale says).

I’m gonna be locked in. Last time I did at least 24 hours was last year. That means I’m serious about this.

My plan: drink more water (I currently drink soda and chai only), start working out (for quicker weight loss, not for muscles) and cut off goyslop (no more candy, chips, chocolate, cookies).

Better to eat some vegetables or low calorie dense foods and keep your belly filled. You may even keep these fasts up for quite some time if you have exceptional willpower, but eventually you'll binge eat like crazy.

Instead of waterfasting, I’m just drinkfasting, I want to drink whatever I want though I avoid soda (I do drink zero versions). I just refrain from eating. That’s the main goal (to cut down on my calories - I know with water it’s more efficient since it contains zero calories but I don’t necessarily want zero calories in, I just don’t want food in).

I should probably start eating vegetables as well. I don’t eat healthy or drink healthy haha. Anyway, this isn’t my first rodeo! I’ve been doing this. I’m good at not binge-eating afterwards. I did it once in 2019 (went from 70 kg to 52 kg) and again in 2024 (went from 85 kg to 60 kg). I said I was not gonna do this anymore, but here we are. I have no other choice.

Ahh; that was you haha. Yeah, you clarified it was a joke afterwards. Don’t worry, I was planning on doing this naturally. :Comfy:

if natural means suffering it's not desirable. dnp makes your mitochondrias go into overdrive to burn a ton of fat. you can hit me up anyway.
Thanks for the offer. I’m actually experienced in extreme weight loss methods, so it’s not suffering for me. I’ll keep your offer in mind though. :Comfy:

abuse those peptides that destroy ur appetite bhai
I can suppress my appetite on my own hahah, thanks for the suggestion though. I have done this before, as long as I’m locked in, it’s an easy journey. The fact I’ve gone 24 hours now means I’m locked in. :Comfy:

Wow. Yeah it's probably a lot easier to keep the results long term if you can keep your belly filled even if the food is bland like oatmeal or some fruit. I can go long times without eating too just by being busy but when you really get hungry, you have barely any energy for anything. Sucks.

yea, iamma hop on ozempic soon cause I cant stop eating
It’s difficult to stop eating, I admit. It took me a year to do this again (not that I attempted it before, but you really need to want to do it, otherwise you just keep munching). Good luck!

I’m chronically sleep-deprived, and I pull all-nighters without caffeine. Admittedly though; I once tried drinking coffee (something I normally don’t when trying to stay up for 30 hours or more) and it was even easier.

Why risk muscle break down to be more lean ? just up the dose of reta your on
I’m literally just a fat slob, I don’t have any muscles; but like I wrote in the OP, I plan on starting on working out as well. Albeit the focus isn’t on building muscles. :Comfy:

Yours is absolutely more effective, but if you tell the waterfasting crowd that I had a cup of warm chocolate milk with whipped cream today, they’ll start losing their marbles. XD

Yes, in order to maintain, I switch to OMAD. The benefit is, I get to eat whatever I want. I’m not one to cut off all sorts of goyslop (burgers, pizzas). Yes, I suppose being busy helps a lot! For me, what helps is sleeping in and staying away from the kitchen. XD

I’m capped at truecel because I’m so chopped. But I don’t mind being chopped. Someone’s gotta be chopped, you know? We can’t all be handsome.

I’m going to bed soon; but from the sound of it, it sounds like you should approach a head administrator for any sort of official ideas. I don’t have access to the Admin panel.
