This isn’t leanmaxxinf this is starvemaxxinf which is bad you’ll shock your body into saving more fat

Go on small amounts of calorie deficit not a huge plunge off the bat that’s why I eat 2.3-7k daily but burn 1-1.5k daily in exercise to make up for it so I’m in a 500 deficit daily

There really is no point in doing it naturally just use reta
I’ve already done this twice before. Both times were naturally. I got results both times, but I made some dumb mistakes, now I’m here again. :feelswhy:

Speaking from experience. It only works with self-control and willpower, two traits I’ve exhibited before. I’ve done this twice, with good results. :Comfy:

Let’s go boys. I started yesterday at 85.3 kg (clothes and slippers included, I’m probably in the 84 kg range but I’ll go with what the scale says).

I’m gonna be locked in. Last time I did at least 24 hours was last year. That means I’m serious about this.

My plan: drink more water (I currently drink soda and chai only), start working out (for quicker weight loss, not for muscles) and cut off goyslop (no more candy, chips, chocolate, cookies).

it's 9am currently and yes I'm stating today, I'm planning to eat healthy, very high lean proteins (like I used to in the past) and go to the gym with my old plan.

basically coming back to my roots :Comfy: but the day just started so nothing to update on so far.

Also if you want fast results drink 200mg+ caffeine daily and eventually bring yourself to 600 over time.
