I have a fucked up sleep schedule and its 3am right now here. I am thinking of pulling a all nighter and dont sleep during the day so i can then go to sleep early tomorrow. Is it worth it? Will it work?

Thats what i used to do back in the day.
Dont, what you can do is try to avoid any bluelight tomorrow, as much as possible.
Your body will be tired trust me, thats how i do it nowadays.

If it’s only 3 am you do not need to not sleep all night unless you getting up in like 2 hours if you were to get up at 8 that’s still 5 hours of sleep which is fine to function if the day ahead isn’t too energy consuming

problem is that i have work on my laptop so i cant avoid bluelight.

isnt there a option to limit exposure? i have it on my phone so im not to sure.

If it’s only 3 am you do not need to not sleep all night unless you getting up in like 2 hours if you were to get up at 8 that’s still 5 hours of sleep which is fine to function if the day ahead isn’t too energy consuming
yeah but i couldnt sleep if i wanted to at 3 am. And if i go to sleep at 5am i will snooze alarm and be sleeping till 3pm and cycle continues. I have decided to not sleep wish me luck, fuck me man

hm maybe i will try. What about blue light glasses are they legit or scam? Because im nonstop on my screen all day

It’s not that deep I’m up at 544 it’s just common for life of a chud
