I've heard so many different things about hyoid training all across the internet, some people call it the biggest cope of all time while others swear by it.

I wanted to ask about it here since I don't want to commit to training my hyoid every day when I don't even know if it actually works.

Does anyone have experience with hyoid training? Does it actually work? And if yes, how significant are the effects?

(Also, there are different types of hyoid training, most people talk about chin tuck variations but I've also seen stuff about rapid jaw openings that even had a study done on them with the result of a higher hyoid bone at rest, which type of hyoid training would be the best option?)

no it's just cope good frauding tho

i would try both and see which works better for you, also find a study on chintucks so you can compare results.
