Im eating mostly bs lately but what I eat on a daily basis is a lot of meat, raw eggs, raw milk and I like potatos or some other carb.

I smoke a lot so that helps with not eating a lot

Thats okay tho, buy raw milk and tell them its just homemaded pasteurization with no chemicals.

And the eggs make them on the saladino style, thats good, I sometimes do it
