I know this might sound like some red pill bs, but sticking to a routine in difficult times is important to not lose yourself. Even if you don’t enjoy your workout you’ll see that you will find something pleasant into going to the gym. Weather it is the trip there, the gym itself or the general vibe of it all you’ll leave off better than you started. Do it for yourself, you got this.
