How do I make my nose/ nostrils smaller?

I have noticed over the years that my nostrils appear to be getting wider, and I have come to the conclusion that this is thanks to puberty.

Any and all advice on how to reduce the overall size of my nose alongside my nostrils would be greatly appreciated, much love
For example, this was me at ~13-14. As you can see my nostrils appear very small.

Me now at 16. As you can see nostrils are much wider. (Nostrils were not flared, they are this big naturally)

Even now? I think my face has matured a fair bit as I enter the final stages of puberty.
