No pic but its big failo and my body is very sensible to heat so i cant wear normal pants. What type of shorts solve this issue?

I think these kind of shorts makes you look tall, if you have normal and slimmer legs, they are also pretty common in Scandinavia. Looking short in shorts also depends on the length of the shorts, length of socks and type of shoes, etc
