Shouldn‘t be done too often they say it can damage the eyebrows. I believe every 6 weeks is the recommended limit
another alternative that’s less permanent is using some sort of hard gel in the morning to keep the eyebrows flattened and in a shape throughout the day

this can also be used to permanently curl eyelashes

Just dye your brows, if you want use castor/peppermint oil, maybe use minox and maybe use derma pen.
You could also try an eyebrow pen.
