0.1% tret help??

Been on 0.1 since july 27th. its now september 23rd basically 2months. am i meant to see any visual changes? i hear about miracles at month 3 but so much cant change in a months time span right?

My acne has been on and off while on tret, some days ill wake up with new spots in consistent areas (cheeks, eyebrows, temples) and recently in some other inconsistent areas (jawline, around the mouth)

Maybe since idk a week or 1.5 ago, i would get mild flakyness and almost damage like areas under my eyes close to my nose. the flakyness has now ramped up to around the chin, ramus, under eyes entirely. Have had a few off days with tret due to holidays, etc but nothing longer than a 2 day break. Not sure if i should be expecting a miracle to happen soon. acne hasnt gotten better/worse and skin texture hasnt changed much other than a constant shine but prob due to heavy moisturiser use. planning to get on isotret soon tho, my tret aint finished but should i stick to it first and see results or just use the rest and order iso? lmk

yeah i thought why not, havent felt one bit of irration other than slight stinging the first few days but thats now gone

Almost 2 months, must have seen some effects.

geniunely none, skin did get worse around the 1month mark, aug 16-26th but now it looks the exact same as my before using tret pics. and texture has remained the same

ive basically used a tubr in 2months, got another full one left, is there a point in buying a third incase it does take 6months or just freeball it w the isotret

nothings really ever worked on my skin tho, gone thru huge amounts of cope skincare and not one ever resulted in a worse or better case. it has just stayed the same. i doubt it would be a fake tube as i also bought azelaic 20% and estriol from same source. azelaic has had a minor benefit on redness i would get beforehand and estriol greatly helped the dry skin alot. eg i would use moistuiser ed and still wake up with dry skin, since estriol i dont wake up with dry skin. so i highly doubt itd be a fake

i have none, other than maybe it doesnt fit the timeline, altho i see that month2 is beginning of purge but i only saw my skin get worse a month in and never again, i guess it doesnt fit the timeline roughly? ill shoot u a pm with photos

use gel based tretanoin it cured pretty much all acne of mine also there is a compound in cream based tretanoin isopropyl myristate
this compound can make ur acne worse. i was also so fucking confused and thought tret is a scam when i was using cream based tretanoin like for years not even kidding. 0.1 gel works so freaking good but use a good moisturizer with it or else youll look like u dont shower
