0.5 or 2.5 dutasteride?😖

I have hair loss (diffuse thinning) since 15 years old, now i am 18 and have been on dutasteride 0.5 mg for 1,5 months and shedding a lot. Since my hair loss is aggressive should i just go for 2.5 mg or be more patient?
Im also on 2.5 oral min and no side effects from both drugs, natty btw
Pls i need advice

ironically using dht derives and dut is amazing for hair and I'm general

Let shed stabilize on 0.5mg first.
