its depends - but I will not go for high carb.
 
I always hate myself after eat fruits only carb i like is milk
 
If you cant sustain on low/zero carb try to eat carbs before workotus and do sometimes ''carb loading''.
 
if you aren't trying to build muscle no carb is legit for getting fast to a low bf% without fasting. I think it's sustainable for 1-2 months, enough to drop fat.

Either eat high fat low carb (less than 30 gs/day), or high carb low fat (at least 50 gs/day, but not much higher).

Protein should always be at 0.8 gs/lb of bodyweight, and fat intake no less than 50 gs/day. Protein, and fat are ESSENTIAL macronutrients, so you always need to hit their minimums. While you could never eat another carb in your life, and be just fine.

But carbs are beneficial for gymcels, because they increase muscle size (glycogen), and aid in workout performance and recovery. Which is why high carb low fat diets are so popular with bodybuilders.
