Take vitamin b1 (benfotiamine, ttfd or hydrochorlide/monocitrate if thats all you can get atm) along side a multi b vitamin and magnesium (and maybe potassium) supplements as co factors. If you are super deficient food won't fix it, modern problems require modern solutions.
