Not trying to reveal myself but either way I’m pretty cooked in every criteria.

I’m not deformed but I’ll need surgeries in every aspect to reach ideal ratios

Surgeries can help a lot but it’s extremely hard to make the sufficient funds to get them all + I’ll still be MTN afterwards

bruh i think your just lazy like look how much improvement you can get just with custom double jaw surgery and jaw implants.Also life as a mtn is much better than living as a LTN so its definetly worth the money

Im maxxing out the things I can do naturally before I then get into surgeries
