If you have absolutely no undereye fat. And lets say for arguments sake if retinA causes you a bit of facial fat loss. Will it actually improve your undereye by thickening the skin and tightening the under eye. I am probably going to makeupmaxx undereyes because its the only thkng holding me back, looking like im tired 24/7 when its purely down to poor undere eye fat genetics

I have the same thing but for me under eye bags are way worse than actual darkness.

Have you been on retina? If theres no fat under there to loose im thinking it will most likely improve the under eye

My skin is way too sensitive to handle it I tried it back in like 2015. I use accutane and I’ve been on accutane like 3 months now 20mg daily

Actually this might not be that bad of a suggestion. During the years of hardmewing my orbital bones moved up significantly, to the point where theyre almost touching the eye ball now.

See I also have bad under eye fat pads, but when the bone moves up and takes up the space, there is less fat required to fill the under eye area.

So your suggestion is not that wrong tbh.

The more bone and the closer it is to the eye, the less fat is required to fill up all the area to make it look less hollow.

Another solution would be fat grafts, but I think it is just a temporary solution. I might still get fat grafts at some point just to see how much improvement can be achieved this way.

I wouldn't risk applying tret there. You say you have no fat there, but if you used tret it may turn out that you did have a lot of it and now it's truly gone.

Strange. Studies claim tret does not penetrate into fat layer of the skin, yet reports say it does, and I personally noticed that I have bit less fat around mouth area (add to that nasalobial folds that I did not notice before).

So I'd say don't use it there. I'd rather inject fat in the undereye than hope tret will build enough collagen to negate possible further loss of fat. Fat pads don't recover AFAIK.
