my sleep is FUCKED bhais

idek what to do, im gonna have to do 18mg of mela next evening at 10 PM to get my sleep schedule back on track.

didnt sleep for 2 days this week to coz i tries to recover my sleep, but as you can see i failed miserably

a fucked sleep schedule isn't insomnia
