His bigonial width balances out his wide temples, a wide jaw is the only way to look good with wide temples otherwise you will look like that :

Brad Pitt doesn't have wide temples like this guy. This wide temples is a cranio problem caused by a recessed upper maxilla which puts more of the bite load on front teeth which grows the temple region of the masseter muscle to excessive proportions.

This girl also has a recessed upper maxilla and similar gigantic temple muscle growth

Both Brad Pitt and the dude have a wide temples more because of bones than because of some temporalis hypertrophy.
And it doesn't change my point by any means, you can see how pitt descends noticeably when we slightly reduces his jaw width :

Yes he does have quite wide temples I didn't notice with his hairline. I think pitt might have somewhat recessed midface tho, he never had mogger cheekbones even when young, they were average so I think that's the main reason for his higher than average temple width.
