Eating just 1000-1200 cals a day of clean food made my stomach hurt after awhile and feel dead

Switching to a normal diet that I can build muscle on, while fasting on rest days

On google is says to eat atleast 1200 calories to not feel negative effects such as nausea. I eat 1500 calories in one or two smaller meals, stress is what makes people eat so I might do this because I haven't eaten in a day right now and I feel way less hungry/more clarity than whenever I have a meal
