1. Orbtial Fat Grafitng with Ratinnan

2. Rhinoplasty
Still trying to find the best route to go for the cheapest
1.) Get a septo covered by insurance because i have trouble breathing through my nose, and adding a rhino onto it
2.) Going somewhere close by and just getting a rhino,( I live in Michigan US if you know anywhere i could go and consult please lmk)
